Mark ran his first 5K in Utica. He was pleased with his time considering he was in a crowd of 2000 runners and couldn't really run all out like he can at home.
Nope he's not whistling...although he didn't want any of the photos because it looks like he is! He just started running. He caught the bug just being a spectator at the races Russ, Melissa, and I have done.
